Dance, meditation and sound therapy retreat

Welcome to this Dance, Yoga and Meditation Retreat! May 7, 8 and 9 in the Sierra de Gredos. Avila. (An hour and a half from Madrid)

In this retreat we will connect with all the elements of nature, earth, water, fire and air to understand the cycles of gestation, manifestation and regeneration that take place in our lives and how to handle them with beauty and tenderness. Energetic tools such as dance, yoga, meditation and sound tools will be put at the service to give space to our heart, listen to the Silence and connect with our intuition.

Nature, walks, gong baths and sound naps where to find a space for healing and integration of this magical encounter and of everything that we are experiencing as a planetary community. A retreat to recharge with energy, illusion and celebrate a new rebirth, a new world, a new era, a new dimension.
