A night of deep rest, meditation, and vivid dreams
Join us for this unique and profound ceremony — an entire night devoted to rest, meditation, and inner journeys through sound.
Three experienced gong players — Alexandra Ott, Alejandro Notz, Alan Steinborn, will take turns playing gently and continuously throughout the night, each bringing their own style and sensitivity.
The ceremony takes place in a peaceful space surrounded by forest and the soft sound of a nearby stream — an ideal setting for stillness, healing, and renewal.
From your cozy bed, you may sleep, rest, or meditate while being immersed in a continuous soundscape that harmonizes body, mind, and heart.
